Throughout his career, he has expanded his skills under the guidance of widely known hair care/color brands such as Wella, Inc., Davines, Aveda, Mr. Smith, Oribe, Kerastase, Brazilian Blowout, etc. With these resources, he has trained with accredited stylists spanning New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas. For seven years, Conner has been committed to educating and curating color curriculums for apprentices and new stylists in Dallas. In 2019, he was certified by Wella, Inc. as a Master Color Expert. Behind the chair, Conner specializes in customized dimensional coloring, hair lightening, free-hand painting, and color correcting.
