We forgive late arrival up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, appointments will require rescheduling and our 24 hour cancellation fee will apply.

Fee for canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment will be total cost of services booked.
No Show
Fee for missed appointments will be total cost of services booked.

Pets are not permitted to guarantee safety and sanitation for all guests. (Does not include registered service animals)
